"Well Cared For !"

After having my flight delayed 12 hours , I arrived early to check in and exhausted. Not only did they let me check in early, they upgraded my room and gave my daughter and I Starbucks coffee vouchers. We came to SLC for The Yungblud concert and we're grateful to have the extra time in the room to rest before the concert which was amazing!!

"Nice in the middle of know where"

Was in the middle of know where. Nice place. Ride share takes awhile to get there and they charge to park. Although hotel was nice. Not convenient at all

"Marriott Mediocre"

The front desk experience was beyond mediocre. I've had check-ins at Motel 6 that were friendlier. The $16 overnight parking charge was unexpected and would discourage me from booking this hotel ever again. The on-site Starbucks was staffed by one person - a 15-minute wait for a cup of coffee? No thanks. This is a property on the downhill slide.

Bed was comfortable and Internet good. At check in, the night shift (save for the manager) was not interested in customer service. Not what one expects from the Marriott brand.
