Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis war passend. Auch wenn nicht unbedingt spezielle Einrichtungen für Kinder vorhanden sind, darf man das Hotel als absolut Kinder- und Familienfreundlich betrachten. Das Restaurant zum Abendessen und vor Allem auch das Frühstück waren perfekt. Die Exekutive Lounge war gut ausgestattet und zur unserer Überraschung in der gewählten Zimmerkategorie im Preis inkludiert. Trotzt dem Alter wirkt es gepflegt mit ganz wenigen Ausnahmen in der Ausstattung.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man an den einten oder anderen Einrichtungsgegenstände war nimmt.

Tolle Lage, Altstadt entlang des Nekars gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstücks Buffet ist gut und abwechslungsreich.

Die schreckliche Musik in Dauerschleife die im Hintergrund läuft, sogar in der Bar. Hallenbad na ja geht aber bräuchte ein Update.
