Royalton Inn & Suites

Room was clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast could be better and several extra TV channels would be help

It was an okay stay for one night. No ESPN!!!

The building was disgusting. The sink was cracked and leaking and the tub wouldn't drain. Advertising were bull crap cable didn't work all in all it was an awful hotel we didn't even finish out our stay we got a refund and went else were. Not family friendly rude staff rushed us out because we wanted our money back. PLAIN AND SIMPLE NASTY FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY

Smoke detectors hanging from the ceiling, light fixtures hanging from ceiling in bathroom. The air vent was caked in dust. Dirt all over the walls. The free breakfast was a joke.

We arrived to see pictures on line were close but deseving. Staff had excuses for every problem we had.. 1. Only a couple channels on the tv.. 2. Several outside doors the key cards didnt work. 3. Only 2 towels in the room 4. Heat barely worked I could keep going on..

The staff definitely made our stay! Friendly from the moment we checked in, and went out of their way to fill a specific request! The hotel is older, but it fit our needs nicely. If you don't need all the modern bells and whistles for a night's stay, I would highly recommend the Royalton Inn and Suites (it is no longer a Days Inn).

Our peep hole had a tissue rather than glass? The pool was freezing and zero heat in that room. The hot breakfast consisted of waffles and hostess cupcakes that were unwrapped and put in a pastry display case

The heating unit was filthy and filled with dust as well as the vent in the bathroom. Bathroom door lock was broken, water was lukewarm at best. There were only two full size towels in the room even though I booked in advance and stated there would be four adults traveling. We did not have enough pillows and the pillows we had were terrible. They were small and lumpy. The room was either freezing or hot as Hades... there was no in between, no matter what the heat was set on. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. It was not worth the $100 we spent. We will not be back.

This hotel was nothing fancy, but was very clean and seemed to be well maintained. For simply needing a place to sleep, it was well worth the money. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

People nice would stay there again if my travels returned me to the area
