Good location. Friendly staff. Hot tub was nice. Room was super clean.

The bed slept great!

We've stayed here several times before and always get a non smoking room. We also know marijuana is legal in Ohio. But when you enter the side door (which didn't close well) and it smells like skunk because of other guests smoking M in a non smoking room, and we smell it in our room it about makes us sick.

I reserved through booking.com. Front desk tried to say it was room w king bed instead of 2 queen beds. I had copy of reservation details. She said I had to call booking.com. As I was attempting to do she then said it’s ok I’ll get your room. She was totally lying about the res details and I didn’t appreciate the confrontation nor argument I’m well aware how booking.com works and didn’t appreciate her attempt to sabotage my stay. Very disappointing and unprofessional
