The price matches the quality. Rome’s are clean and there is enough space, The staff is helpful and nice. Tea, coffee and water are always available

The location. It is quite far from the downtown

food options very good, bed was fine internet access excellent cleanleness fair the shower floor was not clean enough some food containers left in hall for a long time at checkin the lady was nice but not a native English speaker and I found her hard to understand

The property was close enough to downtown. Breakfast was nice.

Although this is supposed to be a non-smoking facility, the room smelled like a smoky bar. I had to wash all my clothes when I returned.

I liked the cleanliness.

The evening 8/9, the lady at the desk went above and beyond to my family and other people at the hotel. I truly cannot Thank her enough.

Pros: Comfortable room, good location close to stores and restaurants, friendly staff Cons: When we got there, the rooms smelled of cigarettes and pot. It was so bad I felt that I could taste it. I had to go to walmart and buy several sprays (I recommend Ozium). When I got back and sprayed the room it completely changed the atmosphere. The room actually felt clean and comfortable. I don't think it would have mattered if we had asked for other rooms as the smell was caused by other guests smoking outside in front of the AC units. The staff did apologize when I brought up the smell. I let them know so I wouldn't be charged the additional $100.00 for any lingering cigarette smells.

While older, the hotel stay was very nice. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good with combination of hot items and cold items. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. For the cost, it was a very nice stay.

This is an older property, but there have been recent upgrades in bathrooms, beds/bedding, and the pool/spa. Breakfast was ok- predictable but fresh. We stay here because of its convenient location near our family.
