"A decent place for those on a budget"

The food was good. Not exceptional, but good, and a decent variety of food items. The bedding was clean, new; no issues there. The manager was quick to change our room when we pointed out a few problems with our original room.

The motel is showing its age. It needs a LOT of maintenance, e.g. light bulbs out; toilet seats loose; a toilet bowl that wasn't tightened down well; wall paper and paint peeling; carpeting old; furniture coverings very worn. Taken together, these give the impression that it's not clean although it wasn't terrible. It seems like these older hotels generally are bought up by some individual or corporation that does the minimum to keep them operating. Would I stay here again? Given the price difference between this one and others in the area, definitely maybe. If money is a consideration, then this place will be fine. If not, then you have other options in the area, although I can't vouch for their quality or the experience you might have at any of those.

The hotel room was very clean and spacious. The rooms are a bit outdated and the pool needs some work. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Cleanliness is and was my main concern. I’d stay at this hotel again.

Price was reasonable and everything was great except for on Saturday and Sunday you can't get the hot breakfast until 7am and we have to leave for work at 6am and they charge a higher price for the weekend stay .

Breakfast was great, bed was comfortable. Allowed for dogs.

Everything was very good and Barbara, the receptionist in the lobby was very helpful and friendly.
