Was a good stay

Very welcoming, quiet environment. Bed was comfortable. Nice layout. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Did not realize there was not an elevator. Carpet looked like it needed cleaned. Room was not well supplied. The soap dispenser was empty at the sink outside bathroom & nearly empty in shower as well as the conditioner. Breakfast was disappointing, not much variety at all, very limited.

It was a nice hotel and priced reasonable.

The vending machine didn't work so we had to go down the street to a convenience store about 10pm just to get a drink.

Don't be deceived by the suite pictures that show an entire living room set up. There is only a chair. I was given a double bed room for the misleading of the room but was also still charged for a suite. The room they put me in had dark hair all over the bathtub, I have blond hair.

Service wasn't professional at all. Carpets were disgusting, toenails by the hot tub. Overall a bad time had by all

We loved our room, One of the nicest ones we have ever had. Could have used bigger thicker towels. The pool & hot tub were great. Everything was nice and clean too. The only thing I would have changed in the room was to have a grab bar in the bathtub as it was pretty deep to get into!!

The breakfast was a letdown. The only things available were toaster waffles type things, yogurt, & cereal. We were still eating when he started putting everything away & a couple other people came in to find nothing. it was just 9am!

Breakfast was packaged but good - we really had a good deal on the room - on the way down we also had a wyndham but was not at all as clean and the difference in price was $4.00. Really impressed with cleanliness and this hotel !

Really for the price we paid it was exceptional - very glad we chose this location.
