They went above and beyond to help us (first time in Uganda), sorted our dinner, made sure we had breakfasts sorted, sorted airport transfers, accommodated late check in and changed us rooms after a shower leak without fuss. Thanks again for all your help we appreciated our stay here.

"Made well but not maintained well."

Comfy beds and pillows. Nice setup. Good location.

Shower wall fixing was broken and we were told it was the same in all suites so no alternative. The pressure and heat was good though. It was an issue to get breakfast as most people don't like their breakfast so they'd need to shop specifically for what we wanted. No restaurant on site as advertised. TV subscription had run out.

The place was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Beautiful views of the lack and planes landing and taking off at Entebbe International Airport.

Anitah was very kind and considerate and was doing whatever she could do to please us. The view from the balcony was very nice.

There wasn't anything to dislike.
