Quality Inn Parkersburg North-Vienna

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool looked nice but no hot tub as in pics online still. Within walking distance of dining and shopping. Cleaning could be better. Found a used cloth hanging in shower. Blood stain on bed sheet. Door to room did not close unless pulled out pushed hard.

The only redeeming feature was the location. The bathroom had one small bar of soap for both the shower and sink. The finish on the tub is cracked and coming off. The toilet was loose and the seat needed replaced. The quilted comforter had lost pieces of its cover in several places. The USB ports on the bedside table were inoperable. The HVAC intake vent needed cleaned very badly. The curtains over the HVAC were stained from the dirty air. The television had multiple gray lines across the screen and was not watchable. The vestibule door in the hallway going to the parking lot was propped open, allowing outside air into the main hallway. The cigarette disposal container by the door was never emptied and was crammed full. The towels and wash cloths were cheap and worn out. The iron is damaged. Only two mismatched hangers in the closet. The entire property needs to be refurbished. Although advertised, there was no hot tub. We have pictures that can be sent at your request.

Unnecessary trash and cigarette butts. Not property’s fault. Guests just being lazy
