I thought I made a good choice to stay at the quality inn but the pool heater wasn't working, 1 of rooms the room stunk like mildew, the mirrors were dirty, the housekeeper decided to yell at my kids about a towel because her bathing suit bled on the towel and breakfast wasn't good. This has got to be the worst experience staying in a hotel. Most hotels are accommodating but not this one. I will not be back.

This is an older motel in a convenient area of Vienna that needs updating. Our room was very humid and smelled of chlorine. The staff was very helpful and so kind to folks at the morning breakfast.

I had previously stayed at this hotel many times. I was nothing but an overly polite guest who usually clean the room better than it was when I got there and I'm at my girlfriend as it was checkout time so there was nobody in the rooms anymore the owner started screaming at her and yelling at her accusing her of going into other rooms that weren't ours despite that being impossible without a door key and he's the owner and he knows this and was belittling her in front of people cuz he felt like a big macho Man I believe and when I came around he was nowhere near polite to me but he was a lot different and oh it didn't none of it made one drop of sense we were accused of I guess she was accused of going into the room that wasn't ours has nobody's in there it's check out time and you can't you just can't do that at a hotel without the room key it doesn't make any sense and we went to we heard that it was under New Management and so we were going to give it a new try hoping that the owner and everybody was gone well we got there after we had already booked a non-refundable room and he had placed us on the do not rent list so I lost the money and I when I went to try to explain this to the new manager the woman was the rudest human being I've ever met immediately jumped to well if old management saw a reason to do that and then would not dismissed everywhere I said wouldn't let me tell her any of the truth of what happened and I've certainly insulting infuriating public humiliation experience from that hotel that I would not recommend this place to a soul on the planet they never didn't have never had towels you if I went there at one time in the middle of the night to ask for a towel to dry off with for taking a shower and they said wait till they get there in the morning that housekeeping just the rudest people probably you could possibly ask for that literally just basically extorted me for money because they're making up a cause to be keep kicking me out of there in order to keep my non-refundable booking fee you see and I don't appreciate it I will be doing something about this
