Baymont by Wyndham Smyrna

The room was had wasn’t clean, the microwave had old food in it, and the floors wasn’t clean. The towels were very small and no one checked to see if we needed clean items. We had to take our own trash out. The indoor pool had cold water, it was too cold, the dogs barking all night, the highway smelling like weed. This wasn’t a good hotel

The room was just ok, but it has a musty odor. Although it is supposed to be a smoke free motel, the aroma of cigarettes and pot was prevalent in the hallway on the ground floor (where my room was) not far from the lobby. 4 women in next room were loud with profanity laced outbursts in the room and hallway coming and going throughout the night into early morning hours with no consideration for other guests trying to rest. I do not recommend.

Pool was not cleaned and 4 feet deep, hotel bed’s uncomfortable and bathroom shower smelled old.

It was a nice area. One homeless man stayed around our truck for several days which made me uncomfortable. Fast food nearby. Our room was very clean and well cared for. Friendly staff. Our key card had to be rekeyed 3 times for some reason but they were pleasant about doing it. Not a fan of paying for our ice at the machine. Pool bathroom was not very clean…but the pool was nice (only 4ft deep, good for kids), indoor, had towels and lounge chairs. Closed at 9.

Loved the price, room space.

The place seems to need a little updating. Also, they were very hesitant with the towels. It didn't seemed we had enough towels and the pool opening was delayed a few times

Staff unfriendly, gave us wrong key to occupied rooms, exterior entry doors do not lock at night for safety, smelled like weed limited towels (2) breakfast was poor quality. Do not recommend!

it was peace full for me

Close enough to the places we wanted to go see. Price wasn’t bad. Couldn’t complain about room and area being quiet. I read harsh reviews and found them a bit too much. Considering I could have spend a lot more money and if I wanted to find something wrong I could anywhere. The staff was nice and answered any questions we had.
