I like the breakfast. Altho I had to fight for food.

The people at the desk were possibly the rudest ever. I get it it was a holiday weekend. But wow! And it didn't matter what shift either

The price of the hotel was great. The closeness to Grand Haven was excellent for the cost. The front desk staff was some of the best I've ever interacted with

"Management should double check the property and not be upset when guest ask for extra pillows, etc"

The room was not the cleanest. It was hand prints on the headboard they need to wipe them clean. And strip the beds. Shower curtain was dirty to be white. A dirty T-shirt in the hallway.
