"Dump"

What the hell happened to this place?? We stayed here in late August and it was fine. This time was a disaster! It took forever to check in and halls and the room was freezing cold. Heat worked in room (thank God) and we walked over to Heritage House for a lovely dinner. We were hoping to use the pool which was great in August. This time the warm water with freezing cold atrium created steam which rained a brown too into the pool and the plastic furniture. The pool was unusable. The linens in the room - bed and towels - were stained and did not appear to be laundered. Breakfast is advertised from 6 to 9 30 but at 7, the breakfast room door was closed. I forced the door open and turned on the light. No breakfast and the room was freezing cold. Thank God there was coffee. When I rang the manager, I was told..yes there is breakfast! Waffles but no syrup, butter, plates or napkins. When we checked out, it was a big deal for the manager to print out a receipt as he would rather email the receipt so he didn't have the expense. What a dump! Wyndham's response was to have the manager call us which he didn't do. The guy clearly didn't give a damn so why have him contact us. Sad. This used to be decent.

"Low key chill"

Liked the AC room size and fridge, and microwave. Not bad at all for a stay

Nothing, was a good stay just beds are always different when it's not ur everyday bed, right. But very satisfied.

I didn’t like the fact that both doors were broken in the rear of the building to get up to rooms. I was at the same property last year in July and the door was also broken at that time. Very unsafe conditions. Anybody could walk in at any time.

What breakfast. There wasn't one. Roach crawling on the door. Checked our belongings before we left. The place is disgusting. The pool is green. Its gross there. They need to be remodeling or shutting down.
