"It was Good"

Great location, closed to Premium Outlets and Restaurants, friendly staff, room was cleaned and comfortable.

Complimentary breakfast was completely poor, no too many options where to choose and the Refrigerator in the room doesn't have so much space if traveling with few drinks and groceries.

It was very basic economy hotel and breakfast isn’t fancy only 1 waffle machine and families making waffles for all their kids and cousins. Had cereal and store bought Danish . Coffee was good… and place was clean.

"THEY ROBBED ME"

Nothing the rooms smell like mold

THEY USED MY CREDIT CARD FOR PERSONAL USED, I CHECK OUT ON SUNDAY MAY 31 , AND BY MONDAY HAD ONE CHARGE WENT TO MY BANK AND THEY DECIDED TO GIVE ME A NEW CARD THEN ON WEDNESDAY OTHER CHARGE IN MY DEBIT CARD SO I HAVE TO GET A NEW ONE, AND I ONLY USED MY CARD IN THAT HORRIBLE HOTEL SO BE CAREFUL

Within walking distance of restaurants and stores. Really close to shopping marts

When I first checked in, the room I was assigned had lots of small flies in the sink, looked like they were coming out of the drainage. I went to the front desk and another room was assigned. I was surprised because I've stayed at this hotel before and never had an issue. The second room assigned was clean and comfortable.

The cleanliness of the room.

The pool was cold and had a strange smell. The front dress attendant, although fluent in both English and Spanish, started helping the Speanish speaking group while trying to check us in. She completely disregarded the fact that she had my license and we were waiting on the room. If I would have had my license, we would have left and went to another establishment. The breakfast was the bare minimum of just toast, waffles, cereal, and 2 pastries.
