Location

Noisy tenants with dog barking, noisy friends came 10pm and left at midnight, tv on all night, phone did not work to call front desk, ants on bathroom floor and old chair in room. Had adjoining room that seemed to amplify sounds from noisy neighbors. Did not get much sleep for the entire nights stay. No elevator to second floor and in room coffee maker did not work. Only thing good was location for our needs.

Bathtub clogged , the fact that you can’t modify the booked days and that I overpaid… will never go through a third party again
