Chair at desk was worn with bottom needing replacement. The other room rented (220) had plaster falling off in shower, and dirty. NO ELEVATOR

Price and staff were great. Check in was easy and efficient. The location was easy to find and convenient to the convention center. It is an older hotel but has been maintained.

We didn't have great hot water - but I believe this is something that will be addressed. It is probably not an ongoing issue. I believe the staff cares about the property.
