Quality Inn Waverly

Rooms and guest areas were clean. We enjoyed the pool area. Located in a safe and convienent area.

It was so so there was hair on the chair in our room from previous occupants and the carpet was looking poorly for the money I thought it would have been better

Great hot tub pool and sauna area. Rooms are very clean and it has an always on button for the fan!

Nice hotel with friendly staff.

Terrible experience with staff. The “managers” attitude was very bad. She tried to not allow my kids in the pool saying they wasn’t “registered” to the room. 1st night we stayed on the first floor & the window was being secured with a random wooden pole. The next day when I asked to be moved to the 2nd floor because of the safety of my family and belongings the “manager” act like she didn’t wanna do it. She ended up putting us in a room on the 2nd floor & that room heater made noises so loud that I had to turn it off overnight to try to sleep & that still didn’t fix the issue because it still went off & on throughout the whole night waking us up almost every time. & of course since it’s the winter time we woke up freezing cold. Only reason I didn’t ask to change rooms again because that woman attitude was terrible. Would never stay here again . Hotels cost too much nowadays to be treated like you snuck in & don’t belong by the employees who wouldn’t have a job without the customers.

Only problem was the heater kept going on every couple of minutes.

We were there for a funeral and asked for a late check out due to the funeral not being until 3 PM. They said we could check out at noon, but the cleaning staff started to pester us at 10:30 am about when we would leave because they had a full hotel that night and needed to get all the rooms clean. We had three rooms booked. I hauled some bags out to the car and my room key was shut off at 11 am so we had to get our door reopened.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this modest hotel. It certainly exceeded our expectations. Our room was immaculately clean and the beds and bed linens very nice quality. The TV service was good, breakfast was a normal small-hotel buffet, and the parking/elevator were convenient. The big draw for us, however, were the pool and hot tub--both well maintained and at just-right temperatures. These were amenities one might expect in a more expensive hotel, and we certainly enjoyed them! If you're visiting the Waverly area, we'd definitely recommend you stay at the Quality Inn.
