La ubicación, ya que está muy cerca del centro. La limpieza y la comodidad. El lugar es cómodo, limpio y tranquilo.

La atención de la anfitriona. No respondía a tiempo los mensajes, no respondió preguntas que se le hicieron, no fue clara respecto a dónde se ejecutaba la entrega de las llaves y parecía una persona parca, poco amigable al trato.

Camas confortáveis, boa ducha.

Banheiro pequeno, sem exaustão. O booking diz ter café, porém, você o faz com ovos, pão e frios que a administração deixa no quarto. TURISTAS, atentem com a cobrança do IVA, percebi no dia seguinte, ao receber a NF, que havia sido cobrado. Como o turista é isento, mandei whats pedindo estorno. Inicialmente a pessoa disse que "infelizmente já estava feito"... insisti que não estava correto e reembolsam o imposto.
