Beds were comfortable, hotel was quite so you could sleep good. Breakfast was decent. Coffee and juice machine have a fantastic taste for both.

They charge $50 extra to check in early and the POOL IS NEVER OPEN. We have booked this hotel several times in the past cause it's close to people we were visiting but we pk swimming suits and it's been closed more then 3 times.. I'm starting to think they just don't want to fix it cause it's to expensive. Then close it down. It's false advertisement to put it on your website and it's not in working condition.....

We checked in late (around midnight) and no one was at reception. No number to call. We waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the front. After checking in we went to our room and found only 2 towels. Went back to the front desk and asked for more towels and was told that there are no more towels because the hotel is sold out. The parking lot was not even half full. After telling him that there were 4 of us and only 2 towels, he said he would find us towels. He came back with 2 but I suspect they were dirty as all of the towels had stains on them. Bedding also was dirty. Bathtub and toilet had hairs in them and did not seem clean. Smoke detector was removed from the room. Parking lot was dirty, a lot of garbage. People were parked in the parking lot at night, seemed suspicious. Beds were in terrible shape, noisy and soft. Just a terrible place, avoid this one

Disappointed the pool wasn’t working when it looked perfectly fine. Wish you could post it on the website before customers make a purchase.

I've stayed at this property twice in the past couple months and both times the pool was "under maintenence". The hard floors in the rooms were sticky and didn't feel clean at all. The staff was friendly enough but the overall experience wasn't the best.

Hotel was definitely not new. No recent renovations or updates. But I just needed a place to lay my head down for the night. So the price was good for what I got.

The floor was REALLY dirty in my room. Front lot was full of work trucks and trailers so had to park in back. The back lot was too dark for comfort for this solo traveler in an unfamiliar town.

Property had "tired" decor. Carpets in halls/lobby was old and worn. Laminate flooring in the room was showing signs of age too.

The Staff was amazing and did everything to make my stay comfortable.

The pool was closed.
