"Don’t stay !"

The woman who Checked us in was not very welcoming! Outside key doors took 5 minutes to get open. Dog hair all over carpeting and the drains were so slow!! Will avoid this property!!!

"Great experience, Clean!"

We stay at a lot of hotels because we travel across the country twice a year. It’s hard to find places like this & glad we did. Clean & well cared for. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Pool was a great temp ! Bed & pillows were comfy & clean. These owners should teach other small hotels how to do it right. Thanks.

"Better than I expected"

Though the room was smaller than I expected and the amenities were bit scarce, The fantastic staff More than made up for everything! The woman at the front desk repeatedly went above and beyond anything I could have half asked. I have a traumatic brain injury and she treated me with respect compassion and care... Not easy to forget this and for that reason I will be returning!

No plug to charge my phone with! U s b ports should be pretty normal now in every facility , but you Gu. Ys didn't have one and it made it kind of Challenging for me to communicate with my family and friends.

"Best place in Mount Pleasant, Iowa"

Another perfect visit. Every staff member works so hard to make the place clean and welcoming. I can't wait to go back. The breakfast is stellar, and you can't beat the pool. My granddaughter lives in town and when she visits us at the hotel she's in the pool for hours. It's a nice place for the grown ups to hang out and watch our little mermaid.

Breakfast was good. Cookies were amazing. Staff allowed us to use nice high top table in lobby to play cards after we checked out. This was very valuable to us because we had 2 hours to kill before our event.
