USWe stayed in the Jacuzzi suite and it was very nice. Large room. Jacuzzi was huge and the king size bed was very comfortable.
We stayed during a huge snow storm. Anyone that was staying there had very limited means to leave and get food. The hotel had one vending machine that had basically nothing in it. They didn't have any other options there for food. We even overheard another guest asking if they could possibly get something from the breakfast area because they didn't have any food. The lady said she couldn't because it was probably all frozen. We went down a little while later to go to the pool area and smelled cinnamon rolls cooking. She said they were baking them for the following morning but couldn't spare anything for the people that were asking for food even if they had to pay for it. I just feel like they could have been way more accommodating and understanding in a level 3 snow emergency.
