Double charged for room. Horrible service
This place had a lot of bad reviews but decided to try it. Got a king suite with a hot tub in the room. First floor. We were pleastly surprised. It was really clean except for like stains on the couch, bathroom towels alittle stained. Yes it needs updating but for the price it was a good deal. Bed was comfy. Casino right across the street. Dog friendly also.
We got to the room with towels laying the hall. The room smelled like animals. The staff were helpful and the bed was comfortable.
Having no hot water in the morning is too hard to ignore. The check-in clerk was cheerful, and the breakfast better than expected, but the overall experience did not end well. Brrrrrrrr.
If you just need a cheap motel to get by for the night, it's o k... I wouldn't take my family here.. Pool was shut down.. Slim pickens for breakfast.. Cheap price equals cheap motel..
The place was a dump, and they extra charges on my credit card that they didn't tell me about
The place should not be on Expedia .the bead sheet had wholes in them looked like they where burned by the cigarette the bathroom looks like the one in the 80 paint coming of the tub the worst room I ever stay in.
Started out good. Reserved 3 rooms for 12 people. 6 kid, 6 adults. Went down for breakfast and the front desk guy was rude because we asked if there was any more food. Acted like we were bothering him
