Sehr zentrale Lage (gerade für die Anreise per Zug optimal in Lauflänge vom Bahnhof), äußerst freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet. Wir werden unseren nächsten Regensburgaufenthalt hier wieder buchen.

Der Service war großartig. Wir finden es wunderbar, wenn ein Hotel eine Rezeption hat, die mit einem Menschen besetzt ist! Im Zimmer lag eine liebevoll zusammengestellte Gäste-Infomappe. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es gab einen Dachgarten mit Blick auf die Türme des Doms. Bei Abreise haben wir noch ein kleines Proviatnpäckchen bekommen.

Alles war optimal.

El hotel y las instalaciones están muy bien y muy limpio todo. Las camas eran muy cómodas y los baños estaban muy limpios. Estaba cerca de todo y se podía ir andando a todas partes. El personal súper atento, especialmente Wolfgang que aunque llegamos a las dos de la mañana, nos esperó para darnos la habitación y explicarnos todo! Super encantador!
