"Superb"

Excellent location in heart of Mont-Royal neighborhood, with dozens of places to eat and drink nearby. Highly walkable and bike able area. Flat is a little tiny for four adults but the convertible couch is decently comfortable. Everything we needed was there.

Just be aware that there are a lot of steep steps, but that seems to be the case if you rent anywhere in the neighborhood. Patio is kind of meh, not a great location to hang out, but we didn't rent it to hang out there! Parking is available, but not straightforward to find/figure out. I would have liked more help with this. Price was okay for the weekend we rented, but overall city accommodations were very pricy on a big weekend (Canadian Grand Prix). That's on us though, we didn't know about the race!
