"In a decent area and pet friendly!"

It was clean. It smelled nice in the room and although dated, it was decently kept.

The gardens outside looked like they could use a lot of love. Not sure if they will be attended to, but that was really the only part that looked a little worse for wear.

NOTHING!!

This was a gross motel. A rip off for the price. My toilet flusher broke, the carpet wasn't vacuumed. The pool had chunks of plaster in it. Every time my daughter walked in the pool she got chunks of plaster on the bottom of her foot. The hot tub had clumps of hair in it. The room smelled. Very poorly maintained everywhere!Would love a refund as I tried looking to request one but there's nowhere to do so.

Room was okay.

Toilet flooded our bathroom. Random trash in hallways. Drunk people in hallway / lobby. Double charged me for my original booking and did not refund me my money for double paying.

The air-conditioning worked well.

It was old and run down, the pool was ice cold and hot tub was luke warm. It was very noisy and the other tenants kept me up till 3 a.m. I paid $300 and stayed in way nicer hotels that cost only $30 per night.
