Laundry facilities on site, which are complementary. Costa Coffee available in reception. Beds are comfortable.

Overflow parking is across the street and often necessary. Rooms are serviced once a week but you are only given one set of towels so you always have to ask at reception. Two sets would have been helpful.

"Overall, it was a pleasant stay"

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean. I checked the AC unit filters and they were clean as well. I am impressed. I appreciated that they accepted my request for the room located at the back side of the building. The kitchen unit was very useful since we had a dog and most of our meals were takeout that we ate in the room.

The AC unit was very loud, but it was probably nomal; I couldn't sleep well, even though I received a quiet room as I requested. I know this would be a personal preference, but the pillows were too soft for my husband and me.

Loved the location, staff and beautiful facility Fan of the Peloton too. I didn’t use the laundry area but it was nice to know it’s available
