"大雪でいろんな事がキャンセルになったのですが、ホテルの津軽製品や青森産のモーニング、津軽魂のスタッフさん達で「青森満載大満足の一泊」でした。"

お部屋もゆったりとして、加湿器だけでなく、空気清浄機も付いていました。スタッフの方々も心配りが良く丁寧な対応で気持ち良く過ごすことができました。アメニティの不足がありましたが、すぐに対応してくださいました。

お部屋に時計があると良かったね。と話していました。

ルームカードを入れる場所が左手の方が良いと思いました。寒かったので大浴場があると嬉しいと感じました。
