The units are modern, tastefully furnished and decorated with cool art, and well stocked for cooking and eating in. I found the beds very comfortable. The location was good for me. The AC worked incredibly well.

I had to switch units, first one was facing the alley and there was a continuous loud ventilation shaft across from it, so having a window open was impossible. I moved to a unit facing Mackay which was bigger, with more natural light, and really beautiful. There I could enjoy fresh air. The LIV management and Booking.com were very understanding and helped me make the switch with only 1 night penalty (my booking was for 9 nights total). I ended up cutting my stay short due to the lounge below. It is more than lively, it literally turns into a club at night and some nights that means a DJ. Not even my Loop earplugs could drown that out. Not mentioned in the listing is that it is also a hookah lounge, after a few days I was definitely noticing the lingering aromas seeping into the unit. I woke up one morning with my throat and lungs on fire, I could smell the shisha residue in the pillows even. I packed up and left, and let them know I had. I was on the 3rd floor and I could have asked to be on a higher floor less exposed to music and smoke but that would have meant a whole lot more stairs to bring all my stuff down when checking out. I accept my error in not thoroughly reading through the details and reviews, eating the cost, and they refuded me one night's fees.

Great location

BUYER BEWARE! My stay was so bad here that it convinced me to stop using Booking.com. 1) Deceptively priced. CLEANING AND ADMIN FEES ARE 40% OF THE PRICE! And that doesn't come up on your search filter. 2) Didn't get access information until I was literally at the door trying to get in. Tried calling for a few hours before arriving and no one answered the phone number that was listed on the booking confirmation. 3) Bar downstairs plays loud music until 2 AM. Good luck trying to get a good night sleep if you have to get up early for any reason. 4) Shower looks fancy but it's unnecessarily complicated. Takes a while to figure out how to get hot water to come out. 5) Owner was prepared to offer a refund on the condition that I leave a positive review. But I'm not a liar.

La chambre principale est normale, la 2e est inacceptable. À peine 10 pouces plus large d’un seul côté que le lit. Aucune fenêtre aucune aération. Le bruit est intolérable le jeudi, un vacarme et des courses et jeux d’alcool dans la nuit dans les couloirs. On croyait que les gens voulaient défoncer la porte. A ÉVITER.

Appartement agréable, sans bruit, lumineux bien équipé et propre, lit confortable. Localisation en plein centre avec parking payant juste à côté du bâtiment.

Les canapés ne sont absolument pas confortables une fois transformés en lit. Attention pas d'ascenseur, gérable mais il faut le savoir si l'on a des bagages lourds ..
