"Good location and a nice stay"

Location was good if you’re happy for a walk. Nice and quiet area and view from the bar is nice at night. Pool is lovely. Able to accommodate dietary requirements which was great.

I find it strange that for the cost of the hotel, free water in the room is not provided daily.

"Great value!"

Great views and friendly staff made everything wonderful

Sits in the middle of a crater, and they do not do a good job of explaining how to get there on foot with very small children, we had to take a dangerous hike to get to the hotel one day because some told us to just follow google. I didn’t realize until it was too late how dangerous our path was. Lesson was learned though!!!!

"Won’t be visiting the property again"

Location is close to Naha

The room says it has balcony, but the entire building doesn’t have, the room is old not matching the images, the room cleaning isn’t executed well, parking for vehicles is not good and no proper directions for overflow parking, when asked to late check out by an 1 hour I was told to pay extra !! This is my first time ever been asked, I have tried to call the room service at 11pm, front desk also but no one answered when I went to the reception they have mentioned that room service closes at 9:30 !!!, the customer service is really poor. Pool felt unclean and rusty
