La chambre était confortable.

La gestion du petit déjeuner était catastrophique. L'attente était longue, le buffet n'était pas suffisamment garni, l'accueil du personnel désagréable. Il fallait prévenir les clients si l'hôtel a des difficultés à servir les petits déjeuner comme il se doit pour un hôtel de 5 étoiles et rembourser le prix du petit déjeuner. Nous aurions pu prendre un petit déjeuner chez Convinience store d'à côté, 10 fois moins cher. La nuite était JPY46300. Cela a gâché notre séjour .
