"暑がりの人は気を付けて。"

車で動くのに、出し入れが一泊の料金で何度もできるので良かった。場所的にも駅近で飲食も近くにたくさんあり便利でした。

一点だけ、季節的に冬なので部屋のエアコンが暖房しかできないのは、人それぞれ暑がりの人もいるし、最近は冬でも気温が高い日があるので冷房も使えるようにしておいてほしかった。非常に部屋が暑くて家族皆が寝苦しかったです。フロントに言えば何とかなったのかな？

Location is convenient. Connected to Kobe station.

There’s no air conditioning in the room. It was stuffy and hotter than external temperature. When we asked the staff to help adjust the air conditioner or at least introduce air ventilation, they gave us a table fan. We stayed 2 nights and it was insufferable as we couldn’t sleep well. Also when we arrived in our rental car and had to drop off our luggage at the hotel lobby before driving to park the car, the front door hotel staff (guy in suit) did not even offer to help us unload or push in our many bags and luggage to the lobby. Instead, he just stood there, watching us struggle with our bags.

"快適で綺麗すぎてびっくり"

駅直結のめちゃくちゃ良いホテルでした。 部屋も広いし、水回りもとっても綺麗でした！ アメニティも充実していて、バスソルトまであり、 普段はホテルでは浴槽使いませんが、とっても綺麗そうだったのでしっかり使わせていただきました。 洗面所は通常の鏡の他に近くで見れる用の鏡が壁に付いていて、メイクするのにとても便利でした。 雨でしたが直結なので濡れることも無く、お店も周りに沢山ありました。 遠征で色々ホテル利用してきましたが同じ価格帯では1番豪華だった気がします！また神戸に来たらここに泊まりたいです。
