We inform our guests that Thalassotherapy-Indoor-Pool is currently not available due to maintenance works. Parking and sun loungers around the pool are limited and subject to availability. Please note that the access to the private beach area comes at a surcharge of EUR 25 per day and includes the use of 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella. Please note that the private beach is open from June to September. Please note that use of the thalassoterapic pool comes at a surcharge of EUR 20 per person per day, while the access to the wellness center comes at a surcharge of UR 30 per person per day. Please note that all spa facilities are at a surcharge. Guests aged 16 and younger are not allowed beauty treatments or admittance to the spa facilities. Children aged 13 and younger are not allowed in the thalassotherapy pool. When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorization by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. "Warten mit Buchung, bis Renovierungen zu einem heutigen Standard für ein DELTA Hotel abgeschlossen."

Frühstück Auswahl gut, Service im Restaurant gut

Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts (SO bis DO) gab es ab Montag früh 7:00 Baulärm in nächstgelegenen Zimmern, anscheinend längst fällige Renovierung der in die Jahre gekommenen "plüschigen" mit Teppichböden ausgelegten Superiorzimmer im 5 Stock, die teurer waren!. Nach Reklamation begann der Lärm an den folgenden Tagen etwas später, 7:30, im 6. Stock oder etwas weiter weg, war aber immer noch unüberhörbar. Hätten wir das gewusst, wären wir nicht in diesem Hotel abgestiegen... dazu kam, dass am hoteleigenen Strand ab Montag auch Bauarbeiten mit Bagger usw. gearbeitet wurde!

Excellent hotel choice. Great staff - helpful, friendly, professional. They really went out of their way to recommend appropriate tours ( I have physical limitations). Location worked out for us and there were plenty of restaurants nearby with excellent food and a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend.

"Great hotel stay in Sicily"

We stayed at this hotel for a week in August 25 as a family of 4. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We had a sea view room and the view both day and night was stunning. Facilities were clean and well kept and the housekeeping team were very attentive. The pool and private beach were perfect and we enjoyed a number of days using these facilities. Breakfast each day was great and it was very convenient to be able to take away in a container as a few of the days we hit the road early to do some sight seeing. There is nearby hotel parking for a fee within walking distance, which we used all week and there was always space available. We had a view of Mt Etna from the hotel which was awesome and we did a day trip up there to see it up close 🌋 the location of this hotel is great for trips to Palermo, Taormina, Agrigento I would highly recommend and would stay here again
