The location is amazing, it's a lovely hotel and the staff were off course fantastic.

I wish the gym opened earlier. 8am is crazy late for a gym to open.

We had a very enjoyable 4 night stay at the hotel which was conveniently located as part of our 17 day sightseeing trip across Japan. All of the hotel staff that we encountered were very professional, polite and friendly. We enjoyed breakfast each day at the hotel which had plenty of choice both hot and cold options. The hotel room was well appointed and clean but some of the bedroom furnishings and fittings were a little dated and in need of modernising but it didn't detract from an enjoyable stay. We would happily stay there again!

Execellent service and very nice staff. Close to subway with elavator exit or directly access to the hotel thru a mall, which is extremely convenient when you have a baby stroller or a lot of luggages. A baby-friendly hotel that can provide a normal size wooden baby crib, which help the trip a lot. There are many restaurants in the hotel, even a craft beer bar, but didn't have time to try this time.
