Somewhat expensive - we have stayed to other luxury resort with similar high level service and accommodation that were a little less - but it was worth it

Our family of four (partner and 2 adult sons) had a wonderful 5 day stay at La Samanna. The staff from servers (Romario, Jean, Martin, Hugo, Niccolo, Francesco), housekeeping, concierge, the General Manager Stephanie were so attentive and friendly, yet professional and focused. The property sits proudly; it is very intimate, yet privacy was never an issue. The food was very good, and we particularly appreciated the wellness shots and plant based options. The grounds are well maintained and the sunsets are spectacular. All our requests were responded to promptly and with great generosity. We chose this property over the Four Seasons in Anguilla and glad we did - the scale of the place just made the experience feel very personal.

We loved our time at La Samanna, and there is no better beach on the island to spend your days soaking up the sun and swimming. Our room was lovely and steps away from the beachfront. The staff is delightful. Overall, highly recommended.

This was our third time visiting La Samanna and each time we leave feeling incredibly relaxed, rejuvinated and blessed to have gotten time on the island and at the resort. La Samanna is truly a gem of a location with a sprawling pristine beach. The restaurants on property are incredible and range from classic beach club italian to upscale french. The overlook at the lobby bar is world class. The staff is very attentive and they truly go out of their way to make the stay memorable and comfortable.

While at la semanna, they failed to tag one of our bags. This led to the bag being placed in another room and then it was never recovered. We were compensated for the value of the items lost but overall it felt like there was no accountability for the lack in procedures that this could even happen. This is a 5 star property and while the specific product costs were replaced , the inconvenience of the lost items and now replacing those items was not accounted for.

Beach is absolutely beautiful, and staff were great despite being seemingly shorthanded. On service, Simon was a wonderful and kind butler - very thoughtful. Several members of the wellness team including Marlisha, Marianne, and Ronan are wonderful too. Restaurants are generally great, though L'Oursin could use some food refinements.

Wonderful resort! We enjoyed the on property restaurants, pool and beach. Only 10 min from the airport. Safe and friendly island!

Breakfast Buffet and The Servers All Great!! Rooms.. Stunning!! The Employees.. The Best!! Shout Out To Sherlan. Awesome Concierge… Makes Your Life So Easy with Reservations.. etc!! Thank You Sherlan! The New Italian Restaurant La Spiaggia.. Beyond Fabulous! And Making it SO SPECIAL at LaSpiaggia are Michele’ The Manager and Server Luca! They took Such Good Care of Us!! They Are Without Doubt.. THE BEST!!! And Thank You To The People Behind The Scenes….for Making LaSammana.. The JEWEL of The Caribbean!! We Shall Be Returning SOON!!

Great Location, beautiful beach . Very good food, better service . Ancillary, exercise facility etc all good. Multiple visits over many years. Remains one of our favorites!
