Le personnel très à l'écoute et accueillant. Les grands espaces de vies communes, le restaurant, le snacking, le petit déjeuner

J'ai réservé via Booking et les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Chambre plus petite que les photos sur le site, salle de bain idem. Booking a écrit sur la fiche de réservation destinée à l'hôtel, que j'avais réservé Une chambre pour 2 adultes et mis sur la fiche en commentaire "un enfant". De ce fait, l'hôtel n'a pas fait attention et a préparé la chambre uniquement pour 2 adultes et à du rajouter un lit supplémentaire une place dans notre chambre à notre arrivée. L'hôtel est bien, même si un bon coup de rafraichissement serait nécessaire, mais je trouve que cela ne vaut pas le prix.

"désagrément de facturation en fin de séjour!"

excellent petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix

Malgré une réservation par votre intermédiaire et une facturation en bonne et due forme pour nos deux chambres avec petit déjeuner, l'hôtelier nous demanda de payer le petit déjeuner pour une personne en plus car selon lui et Booking la réservation n'avait été faite que pour deux Pax. Ce qui est étonnant c'est que la facturation de la taxe de séjour 11 et 5,50 euros correspondait bien à une chambre pour 2 pax (2,75 par personne et par nuit) et une autre pour 1 personne. Je vous demande donc de bien vouloir tirer ce différend au clair, car ces discussions de "boutiquier" devant la clientèle ne fait pas très sérieux.

L’accueil, le cadre (piscine chauffée très appréciée). Nous avons été surclassés : très bonne surprise !

La moquette et le mobilier commencent à vieillir Usés et tachés Le hamman manque de chaleur c’est dommage !
