Quality Hotel & Suites Woodstock

The breakfast was the most amazing one I’ve ever had. Lots of variety and tastes great. Hotel was nice but needs updating, carpets are old and while kept clean they need replacing. Ground maintenance had not been completed but that may be due to weather not cooperating. Staff was great, friendly and can have a great conversation with them.

First floor room looked out onto filthy pool with stagnant brown water and missing tiles. It was sad. The carpets had seen better days. A dehumidifier was running constantly in the hallway and it smelled of mold and mildew. Don't stay here if you have allergies. They try to cover the smell with some kind of peach air freshener. Not great.

Staff were very friendly Property is aged however the beds are super comfortable The couch had tons of rips but it was clean and quiet

Our one night stay here was great. Quick and friendly check in, good explanations, clean and comfortable room and tasty hot breakfast. And the price was reasonable. I'd stay here again!

Excellent breakfast!

Service by room service was great. Customer service was fairly good. This Hotel is in great location for eating and shopping. Washroom of my room was terrible as the shower do not work, water supply or pressure was terrible even I tried different time and the ventilation of the washroom is super noisy. But the hotel breakfast was excellent. Overall I will say for the price I paid was worth it and I may visit the hotel again and will make sure I have a better washroom in the future during booking.

I was very impressed with our stay here. I was not too sure based on reviews. More than met our expectations- girl at front reception very friendly. Place smelled clean and it is obvious they try their best. Maybe hallway carpets need to be changed. Our room was very clean and comfortable. So happy that the gym facility was access to the Fit 4 Less right beside the building, this was much more than I expected. Yes both my husband and I actually look forward to working out while we are away and this provided more than we had even hoped for. Breakfast was more like a small brunch, lots to choose from and again the staff went above and beyond when we needed anything. Thanks for a great stay!

The room I was in the bathroom fan was very noisy and the cold water did not work for the sink
