Quality Inn & Suites Erie near Casino

We left 1 minute after opening the door. I am waiting on Expedia to do the right thing and not charge us for a room we didn’t stay in

When i walked in the First room the bed was half made, Big spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling, dirty floors ,stains all over the chair, second room was just as bad, no bed skirt(was looking for bed bugs, skirt shoved under the mattress} fridge didn't work ,toilet didn't flush, floors were dirty ,no hot water, no shampoo in the dispenser,,,and No phone to call the front desk!! i work for choice and my manger booked the room for me, I stayed only because i didn't have a choice,,,IT ALSO WAS MY ANNIVARESY,,,BEING THAT SAID ,,THE WORST HOTEI I HAVE EVER STAYED AT!!!! I REALLY HOPE Choice INSPECTER AND HEALTH ,Dept looks into this dump! I would like a phone call from corporate ,AND A FULL REFUND.aASAP.This is the only review i have ever given do not stay at this dump.

Dirty, bad smell, very old

The picture in the ad for this hotel is nothing like what it really is. Google Earth it and get a street view. It was kinda scary.

The room was filthy. The food in the restaurant was good but that was the only thing decent. The whole place smelled of smoke & musty. The blanket had dried blood on it & burn holes in the sheets. The floor was so dirty your feet stuck to it.

This place was filthy, electrical issues and generally 'a dump'! Only one half roll of toilet paper, soap dish in shower was filthy, lights were unplugged as well as the A/C. Walls dirty, shower floors un-swept, cigarette burns in bedding, tv remote missing back to hold batteries. Horrible place that I can't believe the Quality Inn brand would put their name on. We won't even use the shower. Only redeeming value was the attached restaurant. Fair bar food and nice staff. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PLACE!

Warning, do not come here! It needs to be torn down. If you do stay, bring mold remover.

I felt too unsafe to sleep there

Please refund my money. I tried canceling once I pulled up in the parking lot but the app wouldn't let me do it. This is a very ske6chy property.

Didn't like that the room assigned to us looked as if it was the bottom of the barrel. The door looked as if it had been forced at one time the floor was dirty, there was only one end table next to the bed, the refridgerator and microwave looked to have been tossed around a few time, the sink drained very slowly. Not anything like the picture of the room described. I felt as if the desk clerk knew we had booked online and treated us second rate. It was late we were tired so we didn't want to take the time to complain to someone who didn't seem to care. Not very sociable fellow. The breakfast was a farce. The waffle machine was broke(they were trying to fix it but we didn't have that much time). Other then toast the only hot items on the menu. Only cold cereal and yogurt and fruit!!! The hotel was certainly not what we expected of this establishment!!!!!
