The same as our last stay October 2024, friendly very helpful staff, very comfortable beds and whole unit very clean. Amenities close by. And very accessible for my elderly mother with walker, parking right in front of room. Enjoyable stay.

Nous avions deux chambres. Celle de mes parents était propre. Ils ont eu un problème électrique et la dame à l’accueil les a changé de chambre pour une nuit le temps de tout régler. Le service était excellent. Notre chambre étaient sale. Il y avait des traces partout dans les miroirs. Des toiles d’araignées dans un coin de la chambre. La balayeuse avait été passée mais il restait de la saleté un peu partout. Il y avait une odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. J’avais magasiné les hôtels à Gananoque et le prix était très cher pour cet hôtel. Il se trouvait dans moyenne des prix. Il était plutôt sûr de trouver un logis abordable dans cette région.

Hôtel vieillot, moyennement entretenu, aurait besoin de travaux et changer tout l'ameublement Petit-déjeuner debout dans la mini salle de la réception, première fois de ma vie !

"Très bien pour un passage à Gananoque"

Hôtel très très bien accueil très professionnel, personne très disponible. La piscine est agréable. Les chambres sont grandes.

Petit point négatif, le port est un peu loin, il vaut mieux prendre la voiture, il y a des parkings gratuits dans le centre

I was very happy with my stay - perfect for a fishing weekend with my son. The room was a little dated, but very clean and comfortable, and lacking nothing. The free breakfast was a bit limited in choices, but the pancake machine was a hit and there was coffee and muffins to make for a good start to the day. All in all, it was a great value, and staff were very friendly and helpful.

"A nice sojourn for much needed rest"

Pancakes were a pleasant surprise. Would have liked o have the hard boiled eggs as previous.
