"I would definitely stay here again."

Check-in easy. Elevator to second floor. Room is beautiful. Two TV's. Everything is clean. Room temperature control. Excellent breakfast with full time staff.

No blankets for pull out couch. One TV remote control didn't work. Highway was noisey. There was a rumbling, motor like, hum at night. Toilet had a dripping sound inside. Hotel was hard to find. My GPS couldn't locate it. Short drive to Ajax. No pool.

Most of of the accommodations were good.

The toilet paper dispenser is in a terrible place, in my room anyway. I am not a large person and when going to sit on the toilet in the night light off it gouged into my back. I stick have a pain, bruise is mostly gone. Very frustrated. Front desk didn’t seem to care when I explained my situation.

Anytime we are going to Toronto we stay here! Staff is always super nice and very accommodating!! The rooms are spectacular!!
