Avoid. They can get reservations right. Tried to put me in a single when I had 2 queens reserved. Garbage breakfast dirty old place. Unengaged staff

I called to let them know we were running late and expected to arrive after midnight. The gentleman on the phone assured me it was okay as I had a reservation. We arrived at 1:00am and were told they gave our room away .There were no other rooms in any hotel in a 6 mile radius. We ended up having to go to a rest stop and sleeping in our car. The front office person offered no assistance or explanation.

Location & breakfast

Hall rug was filthy. The room floor was dirty & my clean white Sox ended up black on the bottoms. We had 2 small Yorkies & had a room at the end of the hall across from an Exterior door with no latch or security. Dog area was tiny, grass overgrown with trash & cigarette butts.
