The bed was soft , pillows were great. Carpets were clean.

The pool was gross , not clean at all. Very cloudy. I would not swim in it.

It was a pee hole!

No towels, snow not removed from walk ways, plus ice on walks. Very noisy with kids playing in hall ways late the evening, and more things I cannot get into.
