Very clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was 10/10. Doggy friendly hotel is a Plus 🥰

The water in the pool was way too cold, it was uncomfortable and we went in and got out immediately. We were looking forward to swimming during our stay which we could Not do. We found that finding our way around from room to pool or room to breakfast was like walking around in a maze, should have clearer signage to get to the different areas. The pool door has so many signed posted on it that the fact of the pool area being on the other side of that door was Not clear. Our visit was in winter and it was very cold and to get to the pool we found a bridge to cross over to the pool area but to get to the bridge we had to walk to through a stairwell that had an Exit door to outside and it was very cold in that stairwell as the cold air was entering the building. This is not a complaint but little things that would be nice to do 👍

Lovely hotel and we had an excellent room that was very quiet. There was a number of families staying there for a hockey tournament and we didn’t hear a peep. Place was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was excellent.

Very slippery tub surface!!! Needs a mat or new tub with rough surface. Breakfast closed down at 9:15 the first morning of our stay.
