Our room smelled like it had been smoked in. We got in late otherwise I would have requested a refund or another room.

Room had a marijuana smell to it in what was supposed to be a non smoking room other then that the stay was great

Super helpful and friendly staff! The hotel and grounds were immaculate. A little off the beaten path, which made the stay very quiet.

As soon as we got to the room we had to call housekeeping because the toilet had feces splashes all over the top of the seat and under the seat as well as in the bowl. The mattresses were like sleeping on plywood and the pillows basically disintegrated when you laid your head on them (even using two together they were totally flat.) Coffee was horribly bitter. When I asked about the timeframe for the $50.00 incidental fee would come off, the desk clerk said "in 24 hours or some time after that". No kidding. There was what appeared to be homeless people living out of their car in a handicapped space. They apparently were allowed to go in and get food from the dining area. They were cleaning the trash out of their car putting on a luggage gondola from the hotel. I know this is a non-frills Hilton, but the things I described shouldn't occur even with a "no-frills" property. Also, the TV kept freezing. There were absolutely no USB plugs in the room anywhere....not even one! Basically a horrible experience.

King bed very comfy, nice linens. Front desk staff very friendly and courteous.

The room was good bc it did not have carpet. The chair and headboard had not FABRIC WHICH I PREFER ! I do not stay in carpeted rooms. Bed & pillow was comfy !

The area was possibly not the best. It was a tad dark. The worst part of hotel was the odor in hallways. Maybe smoke smell I’m not sure. CARPET IN HALL NEEDS TO BE REMOVED.

We enjoyed our stay, we will come back, the staff was nice, and we got whatever we needed, so I'm definitely grateful.

No carpet in the room and very comfy bed.

Pet fee was stated as $25, but when we checked in we were told it was $45. The shower design is flawed. You can't open the shower door by the faucet, so you get wet with cold water to start your shower.

ROZLYN WAS THE BEST!!! SHES THE SWEETEST YOUNG LADY EVER!! IVE NEVER HAD SOMEONE SO HELPFUL AND HAPPY AT ANY HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED OUT!! LOVE HER SMILE AND HER BUBBLY PERSONALITY!! Made our stay EASY & HAPPY!!
