The bed bugs were really the straw the broke the camel’s back — but the disgusting state of the rooms, lack of housekeeping, and attitude when I tried to give feedback are the main reason I reluctantly have to give this place a 1 star. (I make it a policy to not post negative things on the internet, but man oh man — potential guests be warned. This is not the spot for you. Unless you’re really lonely and want bed bugs to keep you company.

"BED BUGS! Avoid at all costs. Management will do NOTHING!"

BED BUGS!!! We stayed last night and had a bed bugs crawling on our pillow. Reported to management and they offered one night compensation for a future stay. Why anyone would want to stay in a bed bug infested hotel is beyond me but we had to leave hundreds of dollars of possessions behind concerned they were going to bring eggs back home. Avoid at all costs as they do not care and will not properly reimburse you. If you don’t believe my photos were taken at the hotel, go to my Google Review to see the video.

Amazing place. Very clean, very spacious, breakfast was great. Except on our last stay, breakfast was very slow. Barely any cutleries and food. Staff was slow on our last stay.

They were ready for our arrival Checkin was quick as was checkout Facilities were top notch All kitchen equipment was top notch Other facilities such as gym and pool were top notch as a Marriott usually is Location was in a business park and ok not far from from lakeshore that offers tourism facilities such as restos etc Included breakfast fit the bill for a good start to the day Overall it was a 11/10
