Ramada by Wyndham North Platte

The room was not ready, the tv didn't work, three people tried to get it to work and after 20 or more minutes I went to the desk to ask for a different room. After ten or more minutes of not being able to find a room that was ready to move to, one of the guys said he got the tv to work. I declined to move back to that room expecting the tv to have the same problem, and asked for a new room. After another five or so minutes of not being able to find another, I told the manager to forget it and that I would get a room across the street, which I did. That hotel was not ready for occupancy and should not have booked guests. Please don't try to charge my credit card as I will not pay for a room that was not ready.

Everything was great. The man at the front desk had to come help us with the TV. Couldn’t get it to work so he kindly moved us down the hall to a different room. My only complaint was the housekeeping. When we exited the room we engaged the man in conversation. We were smiling and he totally ignored us. We were just feet apart and he didn’t even look at us. Seemed angry. He would be the reason that I wouldn’t go back. Sad

Room was cleaned poorly. Everything was falling apart. TV doesn’t work. Quality was just poor. I’m starting to realize that if the hotel is ran by Indians the it’s going to be ran down and cheaply maintained

Updated rooms, very comfortable bed, loved the vinyl flooring and bedside tables on both sides of the bed.

It's supposed to be a dog friendly hotel, the only good grass we could find was at the front of the hotel. Also the curtains had big gaps at either end so we had to push the chairs against them to close them at night. There was also no fan in the bathroom.

the room is always great each time we stay for the price.

They are in the midst of renovations. There is a restaurant and bar on premises which is nice. The hot tub is out of order.
