The bed was the only nice part about the stay.

The shower head was clogged up and had no water pressure, no wake up call like I asked for, couldn't set the alarm clock, the ice machine was broken and there was no remote for the tv in my room. They took my security deposit at the hotel but then told me I would have to contact the booking agency to refund the deposit they took.
