Ramada by Wyndham North Platte

The check in staff was appropriately friendly. But that’s it.

Where do I start? If that was clean then you need new housekeeping staff. There were bugs all over the bathroom, in the tub, on the towels, on the walls. There were crumbs in the mattress. The bed was like lying on a plank board. The AC didn’t work, so we sweated all night. The “remodel” was more like a landlord special with poor paint jobs to attempt to cover holes and grime, bad caulking jobs to attempt to patch holes. The whole place just felt gross. Also very upset that Google showed this property as a 3-star hotel. It’s barely a 1-star.

Breakfast was fine

It would be nice if handicapped rooms could have 2 beds, the bathroom in our room was really hard for my husband to use and the beds weren't really comfortable

Breakfast was decent

The beds are super hard and uncomfortable, especially after driving and needing to sleep comfortably.

Outside entrance a little sketchy, not secure feel.
