had a low quality room that was not really clean . I had a new born baby with me and the room was not to my liking

Everything and they had roaches

Nothing because they wouldn't let us stay with all our services animals.

Everything, front desk employee was rude and wouldn't let us stay with our service dogs.

The room had a tv and a nice sized large fridge

The construction near the vending machine did not look safe even with the caution signs. The front desk staff at the time of check in was very rude to me and my child (even though my child was sitting in a chair on the phone not paying attention). The gentleman as soon I was came to the front desk saw my bags and arms in the front desk tablet and he came out of the office and asked me why was I touching it and I said I was not touching anything it was my bags and arms that touched the desk and I moved my bags away from the tablet. He just kept saying over and over again why are you touching that I didn’t say touch anything. I felt super uncomfortable and embarrassed by his words and he definitely did not have customer service qualities towards me. Also there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom and the staff that changes the linen in the rooms opened my hotel room door and when I opened the door she said sorry and it wasn’t even close to check out time and I’m glad I had the door lock on the door. And one of the staff had her pajamas on while cleaning the rooms. Now does the staff live on the property????

i like that it was in a good area

i didn’t like how the rooms where filthy. smelled like marijuana smoke and had pests (roaches) i’m still waiting on a refund.
