Hotel L'Approdo

Tout était parfait. Nous avons particulierement aimé les exterieurs aisni que la situation géographique, à proximité du lac et du village d'Orta.tres bel hôtel,calme et reposant, parfait pour un petit séjour ressourçant.

Sehr schönes sauberes Hotel. Im Restaurant gab es Super leckeres Essen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ auch keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Bergblick gebucht. Die Zimmer waren modern und ansprechend eingerichtet, das Bad mit großer Dusche und Glas Schiebetüre. Die Gartenanlage war ebenfalls sehr ansprechend und gepflegt, mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Super war auch der große Pool und der direkte Zugang zum See.

Ab 21:30 Uhr konnte man sich vor dem Hotel, und um den ganzen Ortasee fast nicht mehr aufhalten vor lauter Schnaken, wir waren alle ordentlich verstochen.

Lage am See

Bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Für ein 4- Stern Hotel müsste es ein bisschen „aufgefrischt“ werden.

Die Lage, direkt am See, die freundlichen Mitarbeiter und die zahlreichen Parkmöglichkeiten.

Die überzogenen Preise im Restaurant und der Bar.

Nice hotel with spacious lakeside garden, relaxing swimming pool which they kept clean. Friendly personel, good food and breakfast service.

Check-in was a little chaotic. We arrived early, so did preliminairy check-in and stayed at the pool untill our room was ready. Upon the agreed time, a bus of new guests just arrived and we ended up in the middle of these people during check-in. When it was our turn, the clerc asked us to wait untill they had done the entire group, he would have more time for us then. No problem, we waited till the rest of the group was checked in. After that, we walked back up to the counter. We were promptly handed our keys and no further explanation or details. So why did we have to wait? Probably just a little mishap.
