Bloomington Inn I-55 and I-74

The inn was in noway ready for occupancy, i checked in to no lighting, working television. The management did try to make it bearable but i was extremely disappointed for the money i spent. The beds and bedding were brand new and very comfortable as was the a/c unit.

no elevator made the reservations through expedia when arrived was told we had NO reservations At 11 pm this was not the news we wanted to hear. Was told they didn't honor expedia any more. some manager finally got us a room. This was a 2 day stay. They didnt do any housekeeping or fresh towels during our stay.

When I arrived the desk attendant said they were renovating the property. The only thing that seemed renovated was the lobby. Staff was very sparse and nobody was there after 9pm. Had to enter the building through a card lock door on either end of the building which was poorly lit. A little scary at night even though I’m a man. Much of the properties several separate buildings was literally a dump with piles of old building materials in several place and the buildings themselves falling apart. My room was old and definitely not renovated. Was told hot water was being piped from a separate building. Took over 10 minutes to get luke warm on 2 of the 3 times I used it.

Very nice, clean and tidy

I would have been better off sleeping in my car. Pretty obvious room wasn’t cleaned from previous guest. Just a disgusting place.

The continental breakfast was far from the truth.... The elevator was broke!! Never again

It was a good place to stay. I wasn't expecting fancy I was looking at pricing and it was great. I was disappointed in the breakfast. A beautiful breakfast room but only choice to eat was bite size donuts, 2 kinds of cereal, 1 choice of toast. Was a waffle maker but didn't see the batter to make waffles. Luckily McDonald's was next door. Also had to have the room key rescanned everyday we were there to get in the room.

great place to stay, no one can beat they price free breakfast too

It was ok it could of been better the pool could of been bigger but it was ok the fitness room was ok and the sauna was great
